Dronfield Woodhouse Conservation Area
In 2012 English Heritage assessed the Conservation Areas in Dronfield
for NE Derbyshire District Council. They were measured against criteria
including the state of the public realm, the loss of historic detail, street
clutter including signage and an improving or deteriorating trajectory.
Conservation Area is predominantly suburban and residential. There are a number of Listed Buildings. The condition of the area is said to be optimal. The loss of historic details is not an issue.
In 2012 English Heritage for NE Derbyshire District Council identified some vulnerability in the area. The trajectory was unknown. The area was not considered at risk.
